As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping members schedule non-emergent medical transportation. Your work will ensure people can access vital healthcare and services, improving their lives one trip at a time-all from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do
- Answer with Empathy: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, patience, and kindness.
- Simplify the Process: Help members schedule, modify, or cancel transportation reservations with ease and accuracy.
- Keep Records Spotless: Accurately document trip details and interactions in our system.
- Be a Problem-Solver: Address concerns or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Stay on Point: Follow scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality service.
What You Bring
- Age: 18+ years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Skills:
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Fluent English communication (verbal & written).
- Natural empathy and ability to connect with diverse populations, including elderly and disabled individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Experience:
- 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume.
- Proven ability to handle 100+ calls/day while staying composed.
- Availability: Ability to work varied shifts within Contact Center hours (Monday to Friday, and Saturdays) based on business needs.
- Commitment: Must attend and complete 100% of the training within the first 90 days.
