As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping members schedule non-emergent medical transportation. Your work will ensure people can access vital healthcare and services, improving their lives one trip at a time-all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do
  • Answer with Empathy: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, patience, and kindness.
  • Simplify the Process: Help members schedule, modify, or cancel transportation reservations with ease and accuracy.
  • Keep Records Spotless: Accurately document trip details and interactions in our system.
  • Be a Problem-Solver: Address concerns or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Stay on Point: Follow scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality service.


What You Bring
  • Age: 18+ years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.


Skills:
  • Strong typing skills (35+ WPM).
  • Fluent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Natural empathy and ability to connect with diverse populations, including elderly and disabled individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.


Experience:
  • 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume.
  • Proven ability to handle 100+ calls/day while staying composed.
  • Availability: Ability to work varied shifts within Contact Center hours (Monday to Friday, and Saturdays) based on business needs.
  • Commitment: Must attend and complete 100% of the training within the first 90 days.
