Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Calculate hours worked accurately and incorporating leaves, overtime, holiday premium and other pay benefits
  • Manage and maintain PTO/Leave tracker
  • Create Attendance data for confirmation to verify accuracy of reports
  • Address issues and questions regarding attendance and process payroll adjustment/dispute on a timely manner
  • Consolidate and create Final attendance report for Payroll computation purposes
  • Maintains daily/weekly/monthly historical attendance tracker
  • Process Final Pay for resigned/separated employees
  • Maintain and manages all Timekeeping Tools and System
  • Process weekly and monthly accrual report
  • Prepare reports for upper management, Payroll/Finance department etc

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's /College Degree in accountancy, at least 1 year of work experience.
  • Solid understanding of Timekeeping fundamentals, policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge on any Timekeeping or payroll tools is an advantage.
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organization ability with great attention to detail.
  • At least 1-year(s) Experience in the related field is required for the position and knowledge in MS office specially in MS excel.
  • Ability to multi task, adapt, change and achieve results with accuracy and precision.
  • Can work on shifting schedules.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure;
