This is a position in Talent Acquisition Department, particularly in the Language Team. The role covers both trainer and recruiter responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities: Deliver training classes on all aspects of Talent Acquisition projects, including soft skills and technical skills (both small & large class sizes) Supervise participants until they are converted as hires Be conversant in language assessment and language coaching Develop training materials Obtain conversion and yield goals Assess participant and class performance Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager Conduct initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions Administer assessments related to the hiring process Coordinate with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicants Maintain and update trackers / database Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Required: Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications Has ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization Preferred: Has a Bachelor's Degree in any course Has at least 6 months of training experience Understands Learning Principles Knowledge of general recruitment processes and language assessment For Internal Application: At least 1 year in current department or program No behavioral or disciplinary cases Consistently meeting KPI targets for the past 6 months Must be a regular employee Must have at least 6 months tenure in current position Special Requirements: Must be amenable to flexible work schedule Must be amenable to both onsite and work at home set up May need to work nights, and/or weekends Some travel between sites may be required Must promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
