Talent Acquisition - Language Team Officer / Supervisor
Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Language Team Officer plays a critical role in the planning, delivery, and oversight of training initiatives that support hiring programs within the Talent Acquisition Department. This role is primarily responsible for facilitating training, monitoring participant progress, and ensuring successful conversion of trainees into qualified hires. The position also supports recruitment operations through candidate screening, assessment administration, and coordination with operations teams.

The Officer ensures that training programs meet organizational standards by developing learning materials, evaluating participant performance, and maintaining program tracking systems to achieve conversion and yield targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Training and Program Oversight
  • Deliver training programs covering Talent Acquisition projects, including both soft skills and technical competencies, to small and large groups.
  • Monitor, coach, and supervise participants throughout the training period until successful conversion to employment.
  • Conduct language assessments and coaching to support participant development and readiness.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate participant and class performance using established metrics and assessment tools.
  • Track and ensure achievement of conversion, yield, and training performance targets.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to participants to support continuous improvement and readiness for operational roles.
Recruitment Support
  • Conduct initial or preliminary interviews for candidates applying to open positions.
  • Administer and facilitate assessments related to the hiring process, including language assessments where applicable.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other relevant departments regarding candidate progression, interviews, and final hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases related to training and hiring activities.
Administrative and Team Support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of training sessions, participant performance, and program outcomes.
  • Assist in monitoring training program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required or as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, and training facilitation.
  • Strong organizational, coaching, and participant evaluation skills.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Knowledge of general recruitment processes and language assessment practices.
Internal Application Requirements
  • At least 1 year tenure in the current department or program.
  • Must be a regular employee.
  • At least 6 months tenure in the current position.
  • No active behavioral or disciplinary cases.
  • Consistently meeting KPI targets for the past 6 months.
Special Requirements
  • Must be amenable to a flexible work schedule.
  • Must be open to both onsite and work-from-home arrangements.
  • May be required to work night shifts and/or weekends.
  • Occasional travel between company sites may be required.
  • Must demonstrate and uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
