Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate - Hiring and Selection
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Associate - Hiring and Selection will play a key role in the recruitment process by managing the end-to-end hiring cycle for the organization. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection techniques. The Talent Acquisition Associate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening of applicants, evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for both cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinating Interviews and Assessments: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Organize and administer pre-employment assessments as required.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Act as a partner to hiring managers, understanding team needs and providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Offer and Onboarding Coordination: Assist with preparing and extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
- Experience in hiring for a variety of roles across different functions is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Ability to effectively assess candidates and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using HRIS and other talent acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.
