ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess opportunities and developmental needs of team members; provide observation and recommendation to the Site HR Manager to execute developmental assignments and strategies; conducts coaching of direct reports when needed
• Handle administrative cases by following due process; conduct administrative hearing and draft resolution of the recommended sanction
• Prepare and endorse administrative case files of employees who build labor cases outside the company
• Facilitate high level administrative cases as needed
• Strategize with Business Leaders to help them achieve desirable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results such as attrition and absenteeism targets
• Attend scheduled meetings or conference calls with other departments
• Act as Business Partner of the assigned account or line of business (LOB)
• Cascade and reinforce HR initiatives with the assigned LOB
• Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders and employees regarding discipline management concerns
• Conduct focused group discussions (FGD), exit interviews, meet and greet, and floor walks with the assigned LOB
• Conduct attendance counselling for employees with attendance-related infractions
• Handle general employee concerns regarding their employment in the company
• Assist with employee inquiries, concerns, and applications for their company- and government-mandated benefits, which may include receiving and checking of requirements, encoding transactions, and endorsing of documents to Compensation and Benefits Team for processing
• Prepare work schedules of direct reports
• Process the Employee Change Notice (ECN) document for employee movement
• Regulate and update HR tools and trackers in a timely manner
• Assist employees in the clearance process and employee surveys, and conduct exit interviews
• Update the HR bulletin board in a diligent manner to ensure simultaneous communication of important Company/HR advisories, notices and announcements
• Monitor monthly inventory of HR supplies and reports
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Must be a College graduate
Related HR and BPO experience is required
Must be amenable to work on site (Mall of Asia) and in a graveyard shift
