- Responsible for the end-to-end preparation, computation, and validation of monthly P4P (Pay-for-Performance) incentives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved KPIs, scorecards, and qualifiers
- Consolidates and analyzes data from multiple sources (e.g., Operations, QA, Workforce, HRIS, Finance)
- Performs thorough data validation to identify and resolve discrepancies (e.g., incorrect metrics, mapping issues, duplicate entries)
- Coordinates with stakeholders to validate results, address inquiries, and support dispute resolution
- Generates P4P reports and analysis for management and executive reporting (e.g., headcount, qualified %, payout trends)
- Ensures timely submission of deliverables in line with payroll timelines and approval processes
- Maintains proper documentation and audit trail of all computations and outputs
- Supports process improvements, automation initiatives, and UAT validation to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Open to graduate of any course
- Must be amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
- Must be amenable to start ASAP
- Must be intermediate to advanced excel skills
