- 2+ years of experience with enterprise LAN/WAN managed network services Network Engineering and 24x7 operation experience
- Hands-on network troubleshooting experience and network setup
- Layer 2 experience managing and configuring switch stacks and Virtual Switching System VSS
- Layer 3 routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP/MPLS/VPN/HSRP/VRRP/GLBP/VRF)
- Knowledge in Monitoring Tools i.e Solarwinds, Nagios
- Cisco Hardware Hands-on Experience i.e Cisco Routers (2600, 2800, 2900, 3700, 3800, 3900, ASR), Cisco Switches (2960, 3550, 3560, 4500, 6500), Cisco ASA Firewall (5510, 5515)
- Knowledge in Cisco Firewall is a plus
- Knowledge in Cisco Wireless setup is a plus
- CCNA, CCNP certification is a plus
