Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implements company policies and building rules and regulations during an assigned shift
- Routinely monitors maintenance and operation of all systems and housekeeping activities during each shift.
- Performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities if needed in assigned maintenance operations area
- Effectively communicates relevant information to other sections and hand over plant status/problems
- Coordinates and assists third party contractors and suppliers in conducting preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
- Point of contact with other departments for any facilities related problems
- Responds quickly to facilities requests via email and updates requestor as to request status
- Record s and prepar es daily shift report and status
- Works closely and coordinates with their superior for improvement opportunities within the sites
- Performs other duties as assigned/ required
