- Conducts initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions both agent and non-agent
- Facilitate pre-employment testing and Berlitz when applicable
- Facilitate Job Offers
- Prepare and send announcements for non-agents new hires
- Assists in the coordination with operations team for final interview
- Assists in the other recruitment steps in order to facilitate quality and time bounded customer service to applicants and clients
- Coordinates with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicants
- Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database
- Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager
Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
Work Experience
- With at least 1 year experience in recruitment in a call center industry would be an advantage
Specialized Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage

- Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
