- Creative Direction: Develop and execute design strategies to elevate brand identity.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Strategic Thinking: Aligning creative output with brand goals and marketing strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of design experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and creative direction.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (and other software design programs) and project management tools.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire a team, manage competing priorities, and solve problems creatively.
