Tasks
- Handles all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Answers inbound customer calls and effectively responds to customer inquiries.
- Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
Position Requirements
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college
- Must have good speaking and writing skills for both English and Cantonese languages
For internals:
- Must be a regular employee of VXI
- Must have at least 6 months tenure in current position
- No pending DA case
