Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create change impact analysis and provide support after Implementation of a new business process.
- Develop dashboards and reports that will provide insightful and functional data to operations and stakeholders
- Responsible for deploying various real time mitigation strategies to domains that are performing below service level thresholds.
- Evaluate gathered information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
- Create new reports which would assist the executive management on analyzing the overall condition of the business
- Provide strategic support and recommendation which will provide the optimal solution to arising issues or to provide guidance on decision making that could potential impact the organization.
Position Requirements:
- College Graduate with Degree in a Business, Computer Science or Statistics or in possession of certifications preferably in Data Analytics and Data Visualization with relevant hands on experience.
- 1-2 years experience with Looker, PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Proficient with LookML Development , SQL and Big Query
- Has experience with translating business requirement and providing functional solutions with the use of BI Tools
- Highly capable of communicating and presenting reports and dashboards to wide range of audiences
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Requirements for internal candidates: must be a regular employee of VXI; must have at least 6 months tenure in current position; no active or pending DA case
