Tasks
  • Gather and validate data from client systems and historical sources to support process analysis and decision-making.
  • Analyze data and develop dashboards and visualizations that uncover process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend data-driven process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Partner with operations to evaluate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and practical execution.
  • Support the implementation of process enhancements by defining requirements, success metrics, and monitoring impact.
  • Continuously assess process performance and refine recommendations based on results and evolving business needs.

Requirements
  • College Graduate with Degree in a Business, Computer Science or Statistics or in possession of certifications preferably in Data Analytics and Data Visualization with relevant hands on experience.
  • 1-2 years experience with Looker, PowerBI and/or Tableau.
  • Has experience with translating business requirement and providing functional solutions with the use of BI Tools
  • Capable of communicating and presenting reports and dashboards to wide range of audiences
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Background or certification in Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • for Internals: must be a regular employee of VXI; must have at least 6 months tenure in current position; no active or pending DA case
