Tasks
- Gather and validate data from client systems and historical sources to support process analysis and decision-making.
- Analyze data and develop dashboards and visualizations that uncover process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend data-driven process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Partner with operations to evaluate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and practical execution.
- Support the implementation of process enhancements by defining requirements, success metrics, and monitoring impact.
- Continuously assess process performance and refine recommendations based on results and evolving business needs.
Requirements
- College Graduate with Degree in a Business, Computer Science or Statistics or in possession of certifications preferably in Data Analytics and Data Visualization with relevant hands on experience.
- 1-2 years experience with Looker, PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Has experience with translating business requirement and providing functional solutions with the use of BI Tools
- Capable of communicating and presenting reports and dashboards to wide range of audiences
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Background or certification in Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
