Job responsibilities:
1. Leadership Hiring: a. Lead the recruitment efforts for executive and leadership positions, collaborating with senior management to understand strategic hiring needs. b. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract and acquire high caliber leaders.
2. Corporate and Functional Role Hiring: a. Oversee the recruitment for corporate and functional roles, working closely with department heads to identify staffing requirements. b. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for various business functions.
3. Recruitment Strategy: a. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives. b. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
4. Team Leadership: a. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support. b. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: a. Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs. b. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of hiring requirements.
6. Employer Branding: a. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand. b. Implement initiatives to attract and retain top talent in a competitive BPO market.
7. Metrics and Reporting: a. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. b. Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, trends, and accomplishments to leadership. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership, corporate, and functional role hiring in the BPO industry.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring projects. • Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
