The position is responsible in providing assistance to the Recruitment team and ensure
implementation of department's objectives, specifically by supporting the day-to-day recruitment process, ensuring complete documentation and personnel files.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned by the Department Head
and / or its representatives
Education & Experience
Conducts sourcing and initial screening of applicants from the different recruitment channels (e.g. online postings from Jobstreet, job fair database, etc).Ensures timely encoding of all applicants into the database Provides assistance to the Recruitment team during job fairs and off-site recruitment initiatives Provides clerical assistance such as encoding tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external contacts, preparing adhoc reports and presentations as may be required.Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent With at least 1 year experience in recruitment in a call center industry would be an advantage Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
