ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation of scripts, scrubbing of screenshots, putting together instruction files, and other raw materials needed to create Training Simulation scenarios;
Sorting priorities, accomplishing those of greatest importance and meeting deadlines;
Maintaining awareness of responsibilities and project status to minimize delays effectively while maintaining quality of work
Promotion of positive attitude towards change;
Identifying and coordinating the management of risk and quality assurance issues that arise;
Escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate decision making bodies, as needed;
Attends Train-the-Trainer (TTT or T3) and alignment sessions for new content
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
