We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our fast-paced Market Intelligence team. You will play a critical role in uncovering valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive market assessments, develop detailed company and industry profiles, and perform in-depth competitor analyses to uncover valuable insights that fuel business growth.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive prospect database, including key decision-makers, to identify and target high-potential clients.
• Continuously monitor key markets, competitors, and prospects to stay ahead of the curve and identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
• Utilize a variety of research methodologies to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar research role, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of research tools and data sources.
• Prior experience in Strategic Research, Management Consulting, or KPO environments is a must-have.
• Expertise in using Excel and PowerPoint for project analysis and creating compelling reports that effectively communicate insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including advanced search functionalities, data filtering, and lead generation techniques.
• Experience in creating and identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to guide market research and prospect targeting.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong research skills with proven proficiency in data analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-location team environment and maintain a strong focus on the firm's success.
