Job Summary:

The Sales Coach is responsible for improving the performance and effectiveness of the sales team by providing targeted coaching, feedback, and development strategies. This role plays a critical part in driving sales excellence, improving conversion rates, and enhancing overall team capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured 1:1 and group coaching sessions to underperforming and developing sales agents.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
  • Conduct call listening sessions and provide actionable feedback focused on skills like objection handling, closing, rapport building, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Training and Sales Leadership to design and implement ongoing skill development initiatives.
  • Support new hire onboarding and provide side-by-side coaching during ramp periods.
  • Monitor improvement post-coaching and maintain documentation of coaching plans and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of sales scripts, pitch decks, and sales tools.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or sales coaching/training role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and customer journey dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence individuals across varying performance levels.
  • Experience in a BPO or high-volume sales environment is a plus.
