About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Solutions to serve as a key individual contributor within our global Solutions team. This role is responsible for designing and architecting tailored BPO solutions for both new business pursuits and existing client expansions across multiple global geographies and verticals.
This is a strategic role that partners closely with sales, pricing, operations, technology, and other teams to deliver compelling, competitive, and operationally sound solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and design end-to-end BPO and Digital solutions for new logo pursuits, RFIs/RFPs, and organic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Operations, Workforce, IT, and Finance-to create holistic solutions aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Develop solution narratives, diagrams, and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiators of VXI's offering.
- Serve as the solution SME in client-facing interactions, presentations, orals, and workshops as needed.
- Translate client requirements into scalable BPO delivery models leveraging global sites, nearshore/offshore capabilities, and digital technologies.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, including costing, pricing, and deal approval.
- Stay current with BPO, CX, and contact center technology trends to inform solution innovation and competitive positioning.
- Support knowledge management and playbook development for reusable solution assets.
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the solutioning and overall sales and pursuit processes.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a solution architect or equivalent role within a BPO organization(s).
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-geography solutions for large enterprise clients, including voice, non-voice, and digital service lines.
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, pricing structures, and contact center technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead solutioning efforts independently as an individual contributor.
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills.
- Experience working on global deals across North America, EMEA, and APAC is strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, telecom, fintech, or retail verticals is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Able to work within standard US business hours, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm ET.
