Location: Hitech city, Hyderabad
Experience: Only for Freshers
Shift: Night shift (Rotational night shifts)
Salary: 2.5 LPA ( 15k In-Hand Salary)
Benefits: 2 Way cab facility will be Provided
5 Days working & two days off in a week
Job Descriptions:
* Provide customer support via Chat for international customers.
* Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
* Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Document customer interactions for review and follow-up
* Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
* Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
* Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company
* Candidates should be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shifts
Must Have Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Good typing speed upto 40 wpm with Accuracy 90%
