Role of Change Leader:
(i) The Change Leader would train the team leaders on LA coaching tactics to ensure we have the right skill set to drive performance through agents.
(ii) The Change is expected to gauge the team leaders on their coaching, team huddle, Rapid fire, hot laps and On the fly effectiveness on a weekly basis to ensure everyone is an expert.
(iii) He/She will also review the monthly goal setting along with Data Driven Decision Making being utilized.
Requirement:
The Change leader should be good with the AT&T product and process
Should be an expert on AT&T coaching mythology
Should work closely with Ops Leadership, AM Team and Clients on the current progress and plans for improvements.
